Property Of... started up five years ago when a seventeen year old girl got her first job at a coffee house. Tuesday nights at the Coffee Perk held open mic night, and a year after working there, she was discovered by the owner of the label himself. Before signing on, she added a long time friend/ex-boyfriend and two others to the project. The four signed on for the ride of their life. Four years after being signed, they have one ep and three full length albums under their belt, with another full length due to be released in March of the coming year. Property Of... just finished up a three month long tour of the United States, Canada and part of Europe with I Built Optimus Prime and is up for a couple of awards including Best Duo, Best Collaboration (Find Your Love with LEAD SINGER of Playing Favorites) and Best Cover (Toxic)
